| My network subscription card says E16 (call your card provider and talk to them as this is something JSAT.tv has no control over as we do not have anything to do with your network subscription cards) but will still charge the minimum callout fee of THB 800 + travel even if that is the issue. |

I understand there is a THB 1,000 per engineer
per hour + travel fee, either for upgrades or for ad hoc work, with a minimum callout rate
of THB 1,000 + travel even if the hour is not used for the work I require,
and a charge of THB 1,000 per extra hour(s) or part thereof per engineer. In some cases this minimum call out fee needs to be paid in
advance, and the administration people at JSAT.tv will tell you how to do
