WHAT IS A SITE SURVEY ALL ABOUT?

A Site Survey is as the name says. Our engineer will visit your site (home, condo, townhouse etc) and see;

1. Where to locate the dish on your property.
Normally this is on the roof at the rear of the property so it is hidden as much as possible. If you live in a Condo you should get permission from the Juristic person to put a dish on the condo roof. Why? Simple if they say no you can not install a dish, then we simply can not install the system, and you may end up owning a dish and set top box you can not use. Our engineer will also look at how to mount the dish and if any special type of mounting, or extended mount poles are required.

2. Where your TV is located
This will allow our engineer to work out how much satellite cable is required for the installation. Also if there are any abnormal issues they may encounter when running the cable

3. Access Issues
As some of the satellites can be blocked by trees, other buildings etc, the engineer with see what satellites you see from your property

4. Costs
There is a one off cost redeemable at purchase of THB 500 for a site survey.

What we looking for on this form?  A map (so we do not get lost and waste your time) and a signed form.

Once a site survey has been completed we will send you a Purchase Order with the final quote for your approval. Once it has been signed and returned we will arrange for installation within the next 3-5 working days (most times earlier)
